Music Monday: "Stronger" by, Britney Spears

My goodness Britney gets a bad rap. Don't get me wrong I get it. I won't make excuses for bad behavior, but then again have you ever had the pressure of millions criticizing you in the midst of the beginning of the internet era heart broken while be expected to perform and paparazzi breathing down your neck.

Honestly, I've seen a couple of interviews recently from way back when her career began to ramp up and even some of the years afterward. You can see how incredibly strong she was.

I think as people, but even more so as Christian's we should look past the Hollywood gossip and lies to look at the people behind them for real and honestly pray for them.

Her story does break my heart when I look at it because she had a dream and the world is a cruel place that warps what is good into bad. I don't claim to know the facts on anything because there is a lot of gossip out there right now and it's none of my business anyway, but I have been hurting for her and the world lately. Had her on my mind and I don't really understand fully why.

We need Jesus.
